The Tier 2 Monthly Subscription is the Software Service Fee for the storage, administration, and facilitation of METRC transactions. This fee is based on the number of plants across ALL customer facilities. To estimate the number of plants, a customer adds up all vegetative and flowering plants for all facilities. Plants/clones/seeds in the nursery are NOT counted against this total.
